Fleet Customer Support

The Fleet Customer Support Group is responsible for the accurate and efficient administration of Bandag’s fleet programs. In addition to program administration, the Fleet Customer Support Representatives provide exceptional customer service and frontline contact for fleets and dealers, and have a thorough understanding of fleet reporting aspects. They are knowledgeable of all programs and services administered by the department. The Fleet Customer Support Representatives are involved in development, support, and implementation of products, programs, services, and information for fleet customers.
